Hope your Christmas was as happy as ours!
We started our Christmas Eve celebration with my Mama’s side of the family. Granny has been under home hospice care since October and Christmas Eve was the first time she has been out since then. She looked great and enjoyed herself. We were so happy to see her doing so well.
As the years pass, it means more and more to us to be able to spend time with the older generations. We are thankful that Granny’s older brother, Uncle Jesse is still enjoying good health.
Grateful to have my not so little boy at home with us for another Christmas too!
And to still have a little one to fill our home with the childhood magic of Christmas
We ended the night at my parent’s house where we enjoyed a more intimate celebration with our closest family members.
Me with my sister and parents
The boys with Nana and Papa and their cousins
On Christmas morning , the grandparents came to our house for breakfast and to watch the boys open gifts.
After that, we all visited my sister and her family to see what Santa had left at their house and then we went to Randy’s parents for lunch.
We had one very big Christmas surprise……SNOW! A white Christmas in Georgia! Very rare!
Merry Christmas from our family to yours! Hope your holidays were as blessed as ours.
