1. Bible Study/ Devotionals - My goal is to read the Bible for 30 minutes each morning, followed by 30 minutes of scripture memory and a 30-60 minute prayer walk. I also plan to read the Bible for 30 minutes before bed each night. As I family, we will read a Psalm and a Proverb at breakfast, 1-2 chapters of the Old Testament at lunch, and 1-2 chapters of the New Testament at dinner.
2. Cleaning - Do my daily routines and daily focus cleaning.
Mon. -playroom, back side porch, backyard
Tues - kitchen, back deck, backyard
Wed - Dining and living rooms, front porch, front yard
Thurs - Bedrooms, side porch, left side yard
Fri - Bath, right side yard
3. Train them up – work on being self motivated and helping without being asked
4. Exercise - 15 minute sugar burn after each meal
Mon- Arms
Tues - Abs
Wed- Hips
Thurs - Thighs
Fri - Abs
5. Menu Plan
Monday -
Breakfast – hot cereal, fruit, milk
Snack – yogurt pops
Lunch – chicken fingers, mac and cheese, peaches, milk
Tea – peanut butter crackers
Dinner – chili, corn bread muffins, chocolate cake
Tuesday -
Breakfast – sausage and eggs, pineapple, milk
Snack –mixed nuts and juice
Lunch – hot dogs, baked beans, fries, pineapple, milk
Tea – pudding
Dinner – mexican lasagna , yellow rice, salad
Wednesday -
Breakfast – toast, strawberries, milk
Snack – string cheese
Lunch – fish sticks, tator tots, green beans, strawberries, milk
Tea – yogurt
Dinner – ham and cheese sandwiches, chips, pickles
Thursday -
Breakfast – hot cereal , grapes, milk
Snack – yogurt pop
Lunch – chicken soup, peanut butter sandwiches, grapes, milk
Tea – blueberry muffins
Dinner – tuna helper, peas, carrots, salad
Friday -
Breakfast – biscuits and eggs, oranges, milk
Snack – almonds, grape juice
Lunch – hamburger helper, salad, oranges, milk
Tea- yogurt and granola
Dinner – chicken alfredo, bread sticks, salad
Saturday -
Breakfast - cinnamon rolls, milk
Snack – carrot sticks with dip
Lunch – sloppy joe’s , fries, salad, apples, milk
Dinner - Pizza, baked beans, salad
Sunday -
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - crock pot meal
Dinner – pancakes, sausage, fruit
