1. Bible Study/ Devotionals - My goal is to read the Bible for 30 minutes each morning, followed by 30 minutes of scripture memory and a 30-60 minute prayer walk. I also plan to read the Bible for 30 minutes before bed each night. As I family, we will read a Psalm and a Proverb at breakfast, 1-2 chapters of the Old Testament at lunch, and 1-2 chapters of the New Testament at dinner.
2. Cleaning - Do my daily routines and daily focus cleaning.
Mon. -playroom, back side porch, backyard
Tues - kitchen, back deck, backyard
Wed - Dining and living rooms, front porch, front yard
Thurs - Bedrooms, side porch, left side yard
Fri - Bath, right side yard
3. Train them up – work on taking on responsibility without having to be told
4. Exercise - 15 minute sugar burn after each meal

Tues - Abs
Wed- Hips
Thurs - Thighs
Fri - Abs

Monday -
Breakfast – Cereal, strawberries
Snack – chocolate pudding
Lunch – Hamburger steak, beans, potatoes, strawberries
Tea – peanut butter crackers
Dinner – Spaghetti, salad
Tuesday -
Breakfast – oatmeal or grits
Snack – almonds and juice
Lunch – hamburger helper, green beans, peaches
Tea - popcorn
Dinner – mexican lasagna , yellow rice, salad
Wednesday -
Breakfast – Cheese toast
Snack - yogurt
Lunch – Chili pie, oranges
Tea – chocolate oatmeal balls
Dinner – grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup
Thursday -
Breakfast – cereal
Snack –cookies
Lunch – Raviolli, peas, carrots and apples
Tea – pudding
Dinner – Sausage, eggs, biscuits, fruit
Friday -
Breakfast – waffles, strawberries
Snack – nacho chips and cheese
Lunch - fish sticks, corn, carrots, biscuits
Tea- yogurt
Dinner – chicken parmesean , garlic bread, salad
Saturday -
Breakfast - cinnamon rolls
Snack - ice cream
Lunch – sloppy joes, chips, grapes
Dinner - Pizza, french fries, baked beans, salad
Sunday -
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - chicken and dumplings, homemade bread, salad
Dinner – sandwiches, chips
